Algemene aantekening
The entire manuscript, except for the table of contents at the end, appears to be written on the same paper. The watermark on the paper is a fleur-de-lis over a bend and is similar to a number of examples from the late 1710s and early 1720s, suggesting the manuscript was written shortly after the Dutch version was published.
