Additions to Poems on Several Occasions Canterbury: printed by J. Abree, 1740. The early nineteenth century owner of the book (which has been catalogued as a rare book (C2584), apparently had access to the papers of Mrs. Dixon's niece, Mrs. Eliza Bunce. It seems Mrs. Bunce saw this volume through the press and kept the original manuscripts; from these the owner copied a number of unpublished poems, and added some which were printed in the newspaper at later dates, and lines which were found in a copy of the book in the British Museum. Two leaves are bound in the book and do not form part of the page count above.

The fonds consists of a notebook compiled by Matthews containing the following:

1. Minutes, 1878-1879, of the Richmond Branch of the Alymer Blue Ribbon Club, whose members were temperance advocates. The minutes of 30 September 1878 note that 236 people had signed the pledge.
2. Day book, containing financial account, 1879-1882
3. Farm contracts, 4 April 1882-5 April 1883
4. List of stock bought, April-August 1883
5. Other financial accounts, 1883-1884

The collection consists of one autograph letter signed by Dr. Johnson, a copper token bearing Johnson's portrait, a typescript of a talk delivered to the Johnson Club in 1921, and offprints of articles relating to Johnson and James Boswell.

The archive consists mostly of maps and aerial photographs from Nickle's time in the Second World War. There are additional documents related to his military service.

There have been two accruals. The first accrual is arranged into 5 series: manuscripts, radio and television scripts, correspondence, research materials, Merlin publishing files. It contains a signed pen sketch by Ronald Searle (1920-) dated Paris, 1956. The second accrual consists of two brief letters from Beckett to Diane Root. The collection has been supplemented by books which have been catalogued for Research Collections and periodicals which have not been catalogued.

The fonds consists of minutes which are contained in school exercise notebook, entitled "The Ryerson Composition and Exercise Book" which bears an portrait of Egerton Ryerson. The minutes list the participants of each meeting, what they performed, and remarks by the critic.

The fonds consists of a bound album compiled by E.J. Edward containing a list of all productions, cast lists, written descriptions of the costumes supplemented by watercolour illustrations of the productions, and b&w photographs of the cast in performance. There is also a b&w photograph of the committee in military uniform and a b&w photograph of the orchestra, many who were also members of the committee.

The archive consists of correspondence, diaries, and clippings, mostly related to McNairn's wartime experience, but including some travels prior to the war.

The fonds consists of one box containing 6 files: File 1 Artifact Catalogue; File 2 biographical information (report by S.M. Jamieson, 1970); File 3 correspondence (1943-1948); File 4 Dwyer Ossuary (AiHa-3) (1939-1950); File 5 newspaper clippings (1933-1950); and File 6 photographs (one of E.J. Case) (1938-1948).

Series consists of drafts of correspondence and of articles dictated by Russell to his wife, Edith, and handwritten by her. Most of the letters in this series are also related to correspondence in other series. Some replies are brief, such as those pertaining to meetings or those which merely acknowledge the receipt of letters. Also includes replies pertaining to Russell's peace activities, editorial letters, and letters relating to his opinions on morals, religion, family life, etc. Acquired as part of Archives 1 and 2. As noted in the print finding aid for Archives 2, "It is ... a very useful source of information, not least for being arranged chronologically."

Series consists of Bertrand Russell's correspondence with his Russell relatives ranging from his early life to later years and offers insight into significant events in Russell's life and the nature of his relationships with certain family members. Letters from family members often include opinions about Russell's writings and activities. Letters from Russell are typescript copies, and some incoming letters are typescript copies although most are handwritten or typed originals.

Some letters, such as those sent from his grandmother, Lady Frances Russell, and aunt, Lady Agatha Russell, refer to his decision not to enter into a political career. Lady Agatha also expresses disappointment regarding rumours of his extramarital affairs in the 1920s, and Aunt Georgiana Peel and her daughter Ethel disagree with his anti-war convictions during WWI.

Correspondence with his cousin Flora Russell from 1941-1967 depicts a close relationship that existed in Russell's later life; the correspondence includes friendly joking and invitations to visit. Russell also received letters from various distant cousins who wished to reconnect or to initiate communication.

There have been two accruals. The first accrual consists of documents pertaining to the sale of the company. They are: the Report of the Annual Meeting on 28 October 1915 – with sections on bicycles, accessories and skates, motor cars, Canadian military, and the sale of the business in Australia. It includes a balance sheet from 15 July 1915. There are two letters from Arthur E. Watts, County Clerk and Solicitor, Brantford, Ontario, to Donald E. Bridgman of Minneapolis, Minnesota with regard to his stock held in the company. There is a telegram sent by F.F. Henry in Buffalo, New York to Fred G. Atkinson re the sale of the company. Finally there is a five sheet document typed on paper from The Bradstreet Company outlining the history of the company and its sale in December 1915. The second accrual consists of a request for payment letter with invoice dated 1911; an Automobile Accessories Catalogue issued by the company in 1912; and a pamphlet "Soldier-Citizens, Something of the work carried on by the Russell Motor Car Ltd." Written by Catharine Beverley Robertson the illustrated pamphlet outlines the re-retraining of disabled soldiers and was published in 1918.

The fonds consists of the book, correspondence concerning the publication of the book and the contract between Markland and the publisher, Erskine Macdonald. The correspondence consists of letters to and from Markland and several of the contributors to the anthology, letters to and from Markland to various newspapers and publishers seeking permission to reprint poems, a letter from the Oxford University Press turning down the anthology, and letters to and from the publisher of the anthology, Erksine MacDonald. There is also some correspondence between Markland and others about Erksine Macdonald after the publication of the book

The collection consists of letters written by Magee to Charles and Marion Shaw, 1944-1946. The Shaws were the owners of the North American Leather Company in Omemee, Ontario. There are also letters (typed carbons) from Magee to Dr. Ody and Colonel Harris which may have been enclosed in letters to the Shaws; one letter (a typed carbon) from Shaw to Magee; a draft of an unsigned letter to Sherwood Lett about Magee; and a mimeographed report “Visit to Berlin”, unsigned but by Magee.

The fonds consists of the correspondence files of the Awards Committee. There is a file for each of the following awards: Bancroft Award, Chauveau Medal, Banting Medal, Marshall Tory Medal, Eadie Medal, Hannah Medal, Flavelle Medal, Harrison Prize, Innis-Gérin Medal, Lorne Pierce Medal, Miller Medal, Sims Scholarship, NATO Fellowships, Rutherford Memorial Award and the Tyrell Medal. E. Whalley of the National Research Council chaired the Committee in 1972. He was succeeded by A. D'Irio of the Faculty of Science of the University of Ottawa.
