There are two series. The first series consists of letters P.T. Caiger wrote to Annie Wells (later his wife), 1907-1918; 1916-1918 predominant. The second series consists of letters Eric Caiger wrote to his parents, 1939-1947. There are also a few letters to him from his parents and others.

There are extensive files for Calamai’s major journalism projects, and there are a large number of files that include clippings and teleprint copies of Calamai’s many news articles. Arrangement is chronological in the administration series with alphabetical ordering within each year, and alphabetical for the following series with some classification ranking. In the administration series some of the material was found in complete disarray. Undated material in a particular year may not belong to that year. The second accrual (07-1995) measures .9 m, and is arranged chronologically in one series, administration. The third accrual (20-2002) measures .2 m, and is arranged in one series, administration and contains constitution and minutes, financial records, correspondence, fund raising and campaigns and publications and affiliations. The fourth accrual (32-2003) measures 15 cm and is arranged in one series, John Hanly Morgan correspondence, and includes minutes, circulars, news clippings, and photographs collected by Morgan. Morgan's original chronological arrangement has been maintained.

The fonds consists of Chisholm’s correspondence and legal documents he filed on behalf of the Six Nations. His correspondents included: two lawyers who acted as his agents in Ottawa; many Six Nations councillors; Government ministers; and archivists. The legal documents he filed include Statements, Memorandums and Petitions of Right. There are also copies of many documents that he researched in order to establish the historical record. These copies date back to 1763.

Fonds consists of 50 items, most of which are letters to Clarke concerning military matters falling under his control as Secretary at War. Several of the letters were sent to Clarke from Mullingar, where the English army established a military depot in 1690, and were received in various places as he moved through the countryside: at Dublin (Mar. 1690); Limerick (Aug. 1690); Cashells (Sept. 1690); Dublin (Nov. 1690); Clonmel (Dec. 1690); Kilkenny (Dec. 1960). Other letters concern Clarke’s personal affairs, with letters from his mother (who nonetheless also informed her son of military matters, as her husband had also been Secretary at War) and from the women who managed his manor at Kilkenny during his absence.
