The fonds consists of 24 letters from Gould to his parents, 1915-1917, fifteen pencil sketches of scenes behind the British lines and a self-portrait, drawings and watercolours of landscapes (including juvenilia), Parisian architecture (1910), and nature studies, b&w photographs, news clippings, maps, letters of condolence, letters about the book Memorial and a letter concerning the Arras memorial in 1932, mostly bound in an album. There are annotations throughout by Frederick J. Gould. There are also a memorial card and letter of condolence with regard to Gould's sister who died at age six in 1893 and a photograph of St. George's Chapel Choir, Windsor, in 1865 (Frederick J. Gould was a member). A photocopy of a Memorial Notice of Julian Gould was acquired in November 2007.

The fonds is contained in a green leather album trimmed in gold. It consists of correspondence mostly addressed to Katharine Birkmyre, although a few letters are addressed to her father, Canon Skelton and to her husband. It also includes invitations, dinner menus and autographs, two photographs of the Red Cross Hospital in Gibraltar, and her admission badge to the Royal enclosure at the Ascot races in 1937. There is one letter from Archibald Philip Primrose, Earl of Rosebery and another from Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman, both prime ministers, to Henry Birkmyre. Both letters concern Birkmyre's defeats in elections held in 1895 and 1899. There is also one letter from Edmund Gosse, poet and man of letters, addressed to Lady Charnwood. The album has been annotated by Katharine Birkmyre.

Katherine Clarke has dubbed her archives “The Peace House Papers”. Digital copies of the originals and documents from 2009-10 have been placed by her into three folders: book one, “Finding Causes”, consisting of biographical information and letters to her parents between September 1963 and June 1964; book two, “Touring Cuba with 45 Canadians in the summer of 1964 … In the 5th year of La Revolución Cubana”, consisting of photographs of her time in Cuba (including photos of Fidel Castro speaking to a large crowd and playing baseball), photographs of “Harry” and other soldiers (a soldier in Castro’s army, pre-1959, i.e. before the revolution photographs), and her account (entitled “Sugar Daddy”); book three, letters to her parents between September 1964 and March 1965. Originals of most of these materials are also extant in the Clarke fonds.

Fonds consists of material created and collected by Keith Patrick during his time as a Wireless Air Gunner in the RCAF during the Second World War, including correspondence, photographs, training material, realia, and cartographic material. Pauline Johnson also acted in this play. There are also programmes, the funeral notice (noted above), a trespass notice, dancing instructions, three letters, a few documents related to the Dufferin Rifles, Jolite Club meeting notices, several news clippings, and miscellaneous printed materials. Most of the activities took place in Brantford and surrounding towns. However, some invitations are from places in Michigan.

The fonds consists of three handwritten manuscripts. Pierrot sauvé was published under the title La Rédemption de Pierrot in 1903. Le Songe d'une nuit d'hiver was also published in 1903. Pierrot à Stamboul was published by James B. Sanders in the Revue d'histoire du théâtre 1980 (# 3) : 232-247. The manuscripts are 25, 21 and 13 pages respectively. They are undated, but were probably written sometime in the 1880s. The pantomimes are written in French.

The archive consists of material related to his writing, including scripts, manuscripts, essays, and other material. Of note is his first published essay from 1918. There are extensive diaries from 1929-1951, including detailed accounts of the Great Depression and the Second World War. There is also correspondence, photographs, clippings, and other published material.

The fonds contains a letter to Mr. Williams written by Wilmarth S. Lewis on 18 September 1934.

The fonds consists of O'Hanlon's annotated typescript of the letter book of Henry Pringle from 1747 to 1782, her research notes, and correspondence concerning the Pringle family. O'Hanlon used the pen name of Elizabeth Evory for the typescript.

The fonds covers the period of Jeffrey’s life in the few years preceding the war and during his service. It consists of diaries and notes on sermons from before the war. Correspondence regarding his plans to serve and while oversees. As well as newspapers related to his and his sister’s schooling and a number of obituaries after his death.
