        Box 1 – 1st-3rd Accrual

        1. Eight cards, one of them framed. Although all contain handwritten poems, some, but not all of the cards, are printed. On one of the cards is the note, "hand-coloured by Wilson MacDonald for Arthur Huddleson". One is written to Ann Meriden, a child. Her photograph is pasted on the card.
        2. "Elizabeth the Second" written "for Percy Gardiner". Although not dated, it was presumably written on Queen Elizabeth's succession to the throne.
        3. Two printed cards and a book, "An Ode on the Diamond Jubilee of Confederation" (1927). The printed cards each contain a handwritten poem by MacDonald -- one is titled "Immanence" while the other is not titled. It begins "i never think of God".
