This collection of prints and drawings visually documents France and its imperial ambitions, notably the end of the Ancien Régime (Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette), the French Revolution, Napoleon reign’s as Emperor and his defeat in 1815, and Napoleon III and the Second Republic. Descriptions of each print or drawing consists of the title (sometimes supplied), measurement, the names of the artist, engraver, publisher or printer, and the source (sometimes a previous collection or from a museum or publication).
The fonds consists of three scrapbooks containing among other things: mimeographs of daily orders, and nominal rolls; photographs, including wounded soldiers after the Dieppe raid, hospitals, British countryside scenes, and Italian scenes including the Amalfi coast and Rome letters and cards newsletters, newspapers, including The Maple Leaf and The Red Patch and news clippings, programs, invitations, realia, including medals, identification bracelet, and a piece of shrapnel.
Kennedy-Reid, Nancy B.The fonds consists of the manuscripts and typescripts of published and unpublished plays and other works, as well as a small amount of correspondence and printed material, mostly programme and 10 film stills.
Simpson, N. F.This collection consists of water supply maps, notes, and plans detailing his work supplying good drinking and disposing of waste water generated by the army. Included are diagrams for building water chlorination/filtration systems in the field, detailed maps, and other notes.
Coplans, MyersThis is the first accrual of the Mutart Family fonds, which focuses exclusively on the wartime service of Reginald Francis Mutart (7 June 1897 – 2 August 1929) during the First World War, and of his son Robert Jack Mutart (7 May 1923 – 3 February 1962) during the Second World War. The fonds consists of photocopies of 19 letters sent home by Reginald, as well as several original photographs, postcards, and service-related material. For Robert, the fonds contains 188 wartime letters from Robert to Anne, both before and after their marriage in 1945, as well as 89 letters from Robert to his family, and photographs of Robert during his service and of his wedding. There is also a small number of letters sent to Robert’s family from Vincent M. Curran, a close military friend, on behalf of Robert while he was ill.
Mutart, Reginald FrancisThe album contains approximately 95 photographs (silver and albumen prints). There are photographs of the exterior of the sanatorium, the grounds, the lake, and the steamship “Medora”. People are shown canoeing, sailing, swimming, and playing tennis. A few of the women are dressed as nurses. There are several photographs of children and family groups. A few photographs clearly were not taken in Muskoka: i.e., a wagon and oxen in front of a chocolate store, three houses on a city street, and others. There are two “Gregory post cards” at the end of the album. One is of “Moonlight on Milford Bay, Muskoka” and the other of the Cedar Wild boathouse. It is pmk Toronto, Canada 10 Sept. [189-]. Unfortunately none of the photographs are captioned; the creator of the album is not known.

Thomson, MurrayThe collection consists of two accruals. The first accrual comprises the fonds of Colonel Steer-Webster as well as the partial fonds of Michael Harrison, author of Mulberry: The Return to Triumph (1965). Michael Harrison has written over fifty books of fiction, biography, travel and history. It consists of typescripts, correspondence, charts, sketches, photographs, maps, models. The second accrual contains correspondence addressed to H. V. Phillips in the Ministry of Supply as well as photographs, plans and printed materials.
Mulberry HarboursThe collection consists of the letter to Mrs. Bromley and well as two photgraphs of presumably Canadian troops. One is a postcard photograph. The other is identified as "C sub-section, A.S.C. Section, G.H.Q., 3rd Echelon" and was taken in Rouen, France in September 1916. On the verso of the photograph are signatures of the soldiers -- some of them have very small pasted photographs beside their signatures.

This includes contracts, travel plans for tours, performance programmes, promotional materials, photographs, recordings, sheet music, and other materials. There is also a small amount of personal materials, including correspondence, chiefly with singer-songwriter and painter Mendelson Joe, letters to the Canadian government, drafts of op-eds, and other materials.
Scarlett, MoseSeries deals with Russell’s response to the case of Morton Sobell, an American engineer who was convicted of passing atomic secrets to the Soviet Union in the same 1951 trial that also convicted Julius and Ethel Rosenberg. Sobell was sentenced to 30 years in prison. Russell vehemently protested his conviction and sentence. Series consists of correspondence, press releases, bulletins, pamphlets, news clippings, and legal documents including Briefs and Petitions in the Supreme Court. Much of the correspondence is with Helen Sobell, the wife of Morton. See also series 340, Civil rights, for a file relating to the Sobell case (box 9.65). Acquired as part of Archives 1.

Wolfe, MorrisMost of the materials collected by Morris Norman have been placed in subject collections or have been catalogued. The remaining material has been placed in this general collection. It includes materials relating to politics, government, legal matters and business. There are also photographs. The materials originate from Canada, the United States and Britain and rarely from other countries. There have been three accruals. The third accrual contains “The Globe Special Train (Passing Dundas)”, Toronto Lithographing Co.
