The fonds consists of minutes which are contained in school exercise notebook, entitled "The Ryerson Composition and Exercise Book" which bears an portrait of Egerton Ryerson. The minutes list the participants of each meeting, what they performed, and remarks by the critic.
Salford Public School Literary SocietyThe archive consists mostly of maps and aerial photographs from Nickle's time in the Second World War. There are additional documents related to his military service.

- Minutes, 1878-1879, of the Richmond Branch of the Alymer Blue Ribbon Club, whose members were temperance advocates. The minutes of 30 September 1878 note that 236 people had signed the pledge.

Fonds consists of records created or received by Sarah Russell, particularly during the period of her secondary and post-secondary education (ca. 1956-1979).
Russell, Sarah ElizabethThere have been five accruals. The first accrual is organized into four series: correspondence, 1968-1981; editorial files, 1981-1983; Art Department photographs, 1927-[1983?]; Scrapbooks, 1960-1976. Authors in the correspondence series include: Lovat Dickson, Hugh Garner, John Glassco, Norman Levine, George Woodcock, Margaret Atwood, Pierre Berton, Matt Cohen, John Robert Colombo, Marian Engel, Mavis Gallant, Margaret Laurence, Brian Moore, Peter C. Newman, Mordecai Richler, Michael Bliss, Kenneth McNaught, George Bowering, Louis Dudek, George Faludy, Ralph Gustafson, Irving Layton, Dennis Lee, Dorothy Livesay, Susan Musgrave, Michael Ondaatje, Miriam Waddington and Tom Wayman. This accrual reflects, to a very marked degree, the tenure of Robert Fulford.
The second accrual (13-2002) is organized into 6 series : Writers Files kept by editor Paul Wilson; Letters to the editor (Christina Brandao, John Fraser, Lisa Rundle, Robert Weaver and Kenneth Whyte); Production; Awards and photographs; News clippings and Card index. This accrual was received with a book collection and issues of Saturday Night from the 1930s and 1940s with a few earlier issues. The book collection and journals are listed separately and will be catalogued for Research Collections independently of this accrual. The third accrual (02-2003) is organized into 3 series: Editorial correspondence; Writers Files and Awards and Letters to the Editor. When the magazine suspended publication in 2005, all files at St. Joseph Media offices were removed; they did not come to McMaster. The fourth accrual (27-2007) consists of printed materials re the history of Saturday Night compiled by George Fetherling. The fifth accrual was compiled by Frank Moher, former editor at Saturday Night. Accrual includes articles Moher edited during his time at the magazine, as well as his own work.
Saturday Night (Toronto, Ont.)The fonds contains Dr. Frankel's notes and correspondence, sound recordings of the hearings as well as various documents used in his research for the commission.
Frankel, Saul J.The Secord fonds consists of mortgages, indentures, quit claims, tax notices, genealogical trees, wills, deeds of land, and other miscellaneous documents. Some of the documents concern the Powell and Miles families. There is a transcription of the will of Ambroise Sicard (i.e. Secord) dated 1701.
Secord FamilyThe fonds contains published titles, unpublished material, correspondence, business correspondence, reviews, advertising flyers and short lists, business records.
SeripressFonds consists of a notebook on shipboard engines kept by unidentified person, 172 p. with diagrams. The notebook begins with "Working and Installing Boldiners Crude Oil Engines". At the end of the notebook, the note-keeper turned it over and began a new section titled "Notes on Starting Running and Maintenance of Bon-Accord Paraffin Engine Pumping Set".
The collection consists primarily of correspondence and research materials chiefly relating to the development, publication, and promotion of Aster’s published work. Also included are a number of Aster’s short publications, housed with the archival material described here, and his personal library, which is housed with our rare book holdings.
Aster, SidneyFonds consists of correspondence, bereavement notices, and legal contracts relating to the life of the Reid-Simpson family in the late 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. Of particular note are a collection of English business licenses and contracts on parchment from the early 19th century, James Simpson's pocket diaries detailing his life, and a substantial number of letters describing Thomas Bassett Reid's experiences of India during the 1850s.
Simpson-Reid FamilyThe fonds consists mainly of his correspondence with Frederick Temple Hamilton-Temple Blackwood (1826-1902), 1st Marquis of Dufferin and Ava. Blackwood, a diplomat and administrator, served as Governor-General of India from December 1884 until 1888. He was awarded a marquisate for his service in India. Crosthwaite's letters are mainly holograph copies, presumably done by his secretary. There is other correspondence in the fonds.
Crosthwaite, Charles Haukes ToddThe fonds (25-1993) consists of McNee's notes, entitled "Gas Cases" contained in a notebook with the printed title "Army Book 136." The notes are in pencil, 21 pages in length, and cover the period May to July 1917. Also in the fonds are reports of the Chemical Warfare Medical Committee, reports of the Special Investigation Committee on Surgical Shock and Allied Conditions, offprints and pamphlets.
McNee, John WilliamThere have been two accruals. The first accrual consists of correspondence, news, a few clippings and one manuscript. The second accrual consists of correspondence, manuscripts, news clippings, broadsides and posters, and photographs.
Angell, Sir NormanThe major part of the fonds consists of sales invoices. They indicate who was buying what items of Canadiana and what prices were being paid. Almost invariably correspondence initiating or relating to the sale was attached to the invoices and they have been left there. Many of the buyers are Canadian university or public libraries and academics, particularly those in the field of Canadian history. As well as the invoice series, there is a full set of catalogues, financial statements, credit notes, correspondence relating to book auctions and general correspondence.
Specialty Book ConcernThe fonds consists of personal documents relating to his daughter Evelyn’s education and marriage, personal and official correspondence, and photographs – ranging from Stanley and Evelyn’s childhoods to Stanley Mann’s funeral.
Mann, Stanley DickinsonThe fonds consists materials regarding his dismissal from McGill University and his thesis. The fonds was supplemented by books, many of them on political economy, which were catalogued.
Gray, StanleySeries comprises Stanley J. White’s poetry manuscripts, self-published poetry and short fiction volumes, and clippings related to his literary works.
