The collection consists of an album of b&w photographs taken inside and outside the Oratory The album, bound in leather, was inscribed and presented to Adhémar Raynault, the mayor of Montreal by the committee. The photographs were taken by F.E. Marsan.

A mnemonic guide to Gratian's Decretum, in 101 numbered lines, followed by 35 numbered "causa"; reference on the verso of the final leaf to the first letter of Blessed Jerome, on 4 large sheets of vellum. Marks of being used as paste down clearly visible. Custodial marks of a previous repository present on each leaf. Rubrication of some capitals and marginal drolleries.

The manuscript contains excerpts from all four books of Horace's Odes in Latin, with English notes. As well as words noted in the margin that may be keys to the text. After this follows similar notes on the first book of his Epodes, a page on his Carmen Saeculare, and two pages on his Satires. In the same hand are the summaries to the first two books of Livy's Ab Urbe Condita. The excerpt was dated 28 September 1713.

There is a second hand that added notes after the first, for various recipes including medicine, wine, and ink.

A 94 page manuscript of "Josie" by Maureen Duffy. The play was broadcast on television in 1961.

One leaf, fragment of Celtic (?) ms., in Latin, with illuminated capitals on each side of the leaf. The leaf has been used as printer's waste inside the binding of another book - the marks of the paste down are clearly evident.

The ledger lists customers and their orders for tea, coffee, chocolate, tobacco (usu. snuff), and other goods. An index at the beginning references pages. Inscribed on the spine is T.T. Leidger B 1715. This is repeated on the front cover, but appears to say TI instead of TT.

Item consists of a list of plants collected by Judge Logie.

Gordon Bottomley was an English poet and playwright, born in Keighley, Yorkshire on 20 February 1874 who began his working life as a bank clerk. He died on 25 August 1948 in Oare, England.

Letter from the Duke of Marlborough to the Hon. T.G. Earle.

A letter written to Ernest Jones, 10 April 1941, by Oliver Baldwin. The recipient of the letter, Ernest Jones (1879-1958) was a physician, psychoanalyst, and author.

A letter dated, 27 May 1936, to Elizabeth Hudson. In addition to the letter, there are three newspaper clippings from the 1930s.

The item is a letter from M. Montagu to an unknown woman. Montagu is sending regrets about not being able to visit before they leave.

Contains a letter written by Leon Trotsky to the Student League of Canada.

Several leaves are left blank. Inside the front cover is written the following inscription: Lent me by Mr. Henry Reading of Middle Temple.

With illuminated letter "D" and red marginal ornamentation on one side, ornamented letters "E" and "I" and red and blue marginal ornamentation on the other side. Leaf is enclosed in double sided white board mount.

One leaf from a bible. Encased in a custom portfolio with string ties. Portfolio is marked "Latin Vulgate Bible, Italy, 1280 A.D." and bears the initials "G.T.W."
