The fonds is divided into two series: Personal and correspondence and Saturday Night.

There have been two accruals. The first accrual (13-2009) consists of a variety of materials documenting Walker’s professional career and interests including medical correspondence, published off prints and early sketches of a dissected rabbit (1913). There are also page proofs and preparatory material on Daylight through the Mountains (1957), political memorabilia and speeches. There is also general correspondence, of which a highlight is a carbon copy of letter to Prime Minister Louis St. Laurent dated August 27, 1951 proposing the building of a National Library with a signed reply from St. Laurent dated August 31, 1951. The second accrual (77-2009) consists of research materials gathered and compiled by Walker on Frederic Newton Gisborne (1824-1892), an engineer and inventor, for his proposed book, "Cables of Confederation". There is also a copy of a letter to former premier, Joseph R. Smallwood, 1966; printing blocks; and spoons.

The first accrual consists of the administrative files of Hans Sinn and relates to his involvement in three separate projects devoted to nonviolent international peace initiatives. There is an unexplained gap of eight years, 1968 to 1976, in which there are no available records. The fonds is arranged into three series: Series 1: Sanity: Peace Oriented News and Comment; Series 2: Training Institute for Nonviolence, Grindstone Island; Series 3: Grindstone Co-operative. The first series dates from 1965-1967 and includes correspondence, mailing lists and information sheets directly related to the activities of the newspaper, Sanity: Peace Oriented News and Comment. There are several published materials, including copies of Sanity, various international peace related publications and newspaper clippings specifically devoted to the topic of resistance to the United States draft for the Vietnam War. The second series includes reports, notes, training evaluations and correspondence produced in conjunction with the operation of the Training Institute for Nonviolence on Grindstone Island, from 1963-1968; included are photographs, news clippings and circulars. This series also contains the business correspondence of Murray Thomson, a Quaker, who was Peace Education Secretary for Canadian Friends Service Committee. The original filing system of the Training Institute for Nonviolence has been retained in this series. The third series includes the administrative records, financial statements and board meeting reports of the Grindstone Co-operative, dating from 1976 to 1983. As well, there is a proposal for a 1977-78 expansion project, complete with architectural drawings, some correspondence, and a copy of the published work, Making Waves: The Grindstone Story. The second accrual consists of published materials.

The fonds consists primarily of Stephen’s correspondence with Elizabeth. There are a few letters from her to him and additional letters with other correspondents. There is also some of his and Elizabeth's academic research and writing, as well as documents from their lives. There is a useful biography of key people written by Daniel Vickers that will provide context for the documents. The fonds is arranged in three series: correspondence; writings; and other documents.

The second accrual (53 cm) consists of pencil, pen and ink, charcoal drawings and sketches, watercolour paintings, artist's proofs, limited editions and other prints done in the linocut and wood engraving technique. A book which accompanies this accrual has been catalogued for Research Collections. The accrual is arranged into 3 series: drawings; paintings; engravings. The third accrual consists mostly of graphic material, as well as a few clippings, two reel to reel films, and some additional monographs which have been added to the Division's collection. The fourth accrual consists of personal correspondence from Gerard Brender à Brandis and other members of his family to Donald Bragg, graphic materials, and seven books which have been added to the Division’s collection. The fifth accrual consists mostly of graphic material and engraved woodblocks. There are 167 wood engraving prints, along with 43 engraved woodblocks, a small number of photographs, and DVDs with tours of Brender à Brandis’ workshop.

Arrangement is chronological in the administration series with alphabetical ordering within each year, and alphabetical for the following series with some classification ranking. In the administration series some of the material was found in complete disarray. Undated material in a particular year may not belong to that year. The second accrual (07-1995) measures .9 m, and is arranged chronologically in one series, administration. The third accrual (20-2002) measures .2 m, and is arranged in one series, administration and contains constitution and minutes, financial records, correspondence, fund raising and campaigns and publications and affiliations. The fourth accrual (32-2003) measures 15 cm and is arranged in one series, John Hanly Morgan correspondence, and includes minutes, circulars, news clippings, and photographs collected by Morgan. Morgan's original chronological arrangement has been maintained.
