Fonds consists of correspondence, collective agreements and negotiations, leaflets, notices and brochures.

This is the first accrual of the Mutart Family fonds, which focuses exclusively on the wartime service of Reginald Francis Mutart (7 June 1897 – 2 August 1929) during the First World War, and of his son Robert Jack Mutart (7 May 1923 – 3 February 1962) during the Second World War. The fonds consists of photocopies of 19 letters sent home by Reginald, as well as several original photographs, postcards, and service-related material. For Robert, the fonds contains 188 wartime letters from Robert to Anne, both before and after their marriage in 1945, as well as 89 letters from Robert to his family, and photographs of Robert during his service and of his wedding. There is also a small number of letters sent to Robert’s family from Vincent M. Curran, a close military friend, on behalf of Robert while he was ill.  

The archive consists of correspondence, diaries, and clippings, mostly related to McNairn's wartime experience, but including some travels prior to the war.

Collection consists of chapbooks, broadsides, literary periodicals, and ephemera collected by Barwin from predominantly Canadian small presses. 138 small presses are included in the collection, with heavy representation from influential chapbook publishers above/ground press, Proper Tales Press, and No Press. Barwin’s press, Serif of Nottingham, is also heavily featured.

The archive consists mostly of maps and aerial photographs from Nickle's time in the Second World War. There are additional documents related to his military service.

A smaller subset of records attests to Gray’s activities as a cultural commentator and lecturer from the 2010s on.

Fonds consists of correspondence, personal material from university, legal documents, personal and professional photographs, letters of support, ephemera and clippings from David’s political campaign, and condolence letters sent to David’s family following his death.

Fonds contains personal material and records related to Stephen’s professional roles, including speaking notes, correspondence, research material, and audio-visual material. Several series are arranged by the offices he held over the course of his career: i.e., Member of Provincial Parliament and Leader of the Ontario New Democratic Party (1963-1977), Canada’s Ambassador to the United Nations (1984-1988), Deputy Executive Director of UNICEF (199), and United Nations Special Envoy to HIV/AIDS in Africa (2001-2006). Fonds consists of Judith Robinson’s correspondence; clippings of her newspaper writings; drafts, notes, and research files; working records of NEWS; personal material; petitions and other material related to the Christie Street Hospital campaign; manuscripts and writing related to her books, published and unpublished; and manuscripts and writing by her friends sent to her for editing.

99 items relating to the fur trade in French and British Canada from the 17th to 19th centuries. Some items (e.g. exchanges of correspondence) comprise multiple components. The collection includes correspondence, voyageur contracts, diaries, court proceedings, account books, indentures, bills of exchange, company money, and other documents pertinent to the exercise of the fur trade.

This remarkable collection includes extensive personal and official documentation relating to the exercise of the fur trade in the territory which would eventually become Canada. Included are significant letters (from James McGill, George Simpson, and Catherine Fraser, among others), personal diaries, legal indentures, court papers (especially pertaining to lawsuits), account books, indictments, voyageur contracts, and more. Of particular note are extensive materials relating to the business of several significant fur trading concerns, including both major players like the North West Company and Hudson’s Bay Company and smaller firms like McTavish Frobisher Co., McTavish, McGillvrays and Co., &c. The collection also contains a substantial body of documentation relating to the Anglo-French Cornud family, which was heavily involved in the fur trade.

The collection also contains unlisted supplementary material prepared by Robert D. W. Band and his estate, including transcriptions, facsimiles, handwritten notes, and bibliographic information.

The fonds consists of correspondence, photographs, printed and audio/visual material related to DeBolt’s life and music career. Included are material pertaining to her mother, Marjorie DeBolt, and grandfather, Percy Highfield, such as photographs, original musical compositions and published sheet music.

Fonds consists primarily of 6 volumes of diaries, written by Stephens from 1852 to 1881 (with gaps). The diaries provide significant insight into Stephens’ life, and record events in Owen Sound and throughout Ontario; none of the diaries cover the period when Stephens was writing the poem, Hamilton, though he does refer to the work from time to time. The diaries do include several other poems composed by Stephens. The fonds also includes a charcoal drawing of Stephens, a copy of Bunyan’s The Pilgrim’s Progress that was read to Stephens as a child, biographical information, documents relating to various family members, and other material.

The archive consists of Krader’s published and unpublished writing, his research notes, correspondence, and a small quantity of photographs, maps, and ephemera.

The fonds consists of professional and personal correspondence, including correspondence with W.J. Eccles; material relating to Codignola-Bo’s scholarship and his work with the ICCS (International Council for Canadian Studies), the AIÉA (Association international d’études acadiennes), and the AIÉQ (Association international d’études québécoises).

The collection reflects Harvey Feit’s work with Eeyou (Cree) governments and communities in Eeyou Istchee (primarily Northern Québec), particularly around the creation and implementation of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement.
