This accrual reflects, to a very marked degree, the tenure of Robert Fulford.

This accrual was received with a book collection and issues of Saturday Night from the 1930s and 1940s with a few earlier issues. The book collection and journals are listed separately and will be catalogued for Research Collections independently of this accrual. The third accrual (02-2003) is organized into 3 series: Editorial correspondence; Writers Files and Awards and Letters to the Editor. When the magazine suspended publication in 2005, all files at St. Joseph Media offices were removed; they did not come to McMaster. The fourth accrual (27-2007) consists of printed materials re the history of Saturday Night compiled by George Fetherling.
