The fonds consists of nine accruals. The second accrual (15-1990) measures 7.1 m (boxes 92-114), and is arranged into five series: Government and External Organizations; Outgoing Chronological Correspondence; Annual General Meetings; National Council; and Committees. The third accrual (15-1996) measures 15.9 m (boxes 115-156) and dates from 1971-1994. It is arranged into eight series: 1 National Council; 2 Annual General Meeting 3 Membership Files; 4 Committees; 5 General Files; 6 Outgoing chronological correspondence; 7 Questionnaires & Surveys; 8 Sound recordings and other. The fourth accrual (23-2005) measures 16.44 m (boxes 157-262) and dates from 1975-2005. It is arranged into seven series: 1 General; 2 Committees; 3 National Council; 4 Annual General Meeting; 5 Correspondence; 6 Contracts, Surveys and Photographs; 7 Membership. The fifth to ninth accruals (41-2008, 49-2009, 55-2010, 27-2011, 29-2012) measure 76 cm (boxes 263-267) and consist of photographs, newsletters, minutes, reports, press releases and other documents.
